Build A Real Athlete

Brabo Academy's youth program in Kempsville blends Brazilian Jiu Jitsu with wrestling to develop complete young grapplers. Kids ages 9–15 learn takedowns, scrambles, top control, and submissions while building the discipline, focus, and work ethic that define great athletes.

The room is high-energy and inclusive — beginners are welcomed and supported, while kids who want to compete get a clear path to local and regional tournaments. Training is led by Professor Alex Humen and an experienced coaching team.

What Youth Training Develops

Wrestling: stance, level changes, takedowns, and scrambling under pressure.
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu: guard, passing, control, and submissions — Gi and No-Gi.
Athleticism: strength, balance, coordination, and conditioning.
